ARMENIAN SINGER ARAM TIGRAN’S ASHES TO REST IN DIARBEKIR GRAVEYARD

ISTANBUL, AUGUST 11, NOYAN TAPAN – ARMENIANS TODAY. Favourite Armenian
singer of Kurdish songs Aram Tigran passed away. The singer’s family
expressed wish that his body is committed to the ground in Diarbekir,
Marmara reads. According to the newspaper, the singer was lately
on tour in Diarbekir but because of the heart disease, he moved to
Greece for receiving treatment.

Aram Tigran is a child of a family escaped from 1915 eviction, was
born in the sity of Gameshli, Syria. He song in the Kurdish, Arabic,
Turkish and Armenian languages, was one of the most favourite and
authoritative singers of the region.
