ARMENIAN POLITICAL LEADER: ARMENIA IS GOVERNED BY OLIGARCHY AND BUREAUCRACY

so much that they are now dictating their internal rules," political
leader said, stressing that all initiatives proposed by President
"sinked" in their "swamp".
Oligarchy pushes politicians to steps that may later be labeled as
treacherous, the speaker said. "The word ‘treacherous’ has become up
to date in Armenia. Engaging themselves in treachery, people say they
have gone into politics," he noted.
According to Babukhanyan, President Sargsyan plans to make serious
changes in his human resource policy. "Such changes will apply to
thieves and bribe-takers, and the stricter they are the better,"
the speaker stressed. For comparison, he brought the example of other
countries where bribe takers are hanged.
