such statements," political scientist Sergey Shakaryants told a news
conference in Yerevan, commenting upon OSCE MG American Co-Chair
Matthew Bryza’s statement that "Armenia must return 7 regions to
Azerbaijan". The expert finds it needless to attach importance to
Bryza’s words, since none of the statements made by American diplomat
since 2006 has been embodied in a document.
Bryza is just an OSCE MG Co-Chair who performs his mission, Shakaryants
said. "It’s high time we wished him success in his future endeavors
in Baku," he added.
