LEVON ARONIAN TAKES SECOND PLACE IN FISHER-960 TOURNAMENT

BERLIN, AUGUST 3, NOYAN TAPAN. The Fisher-960 Tournament which was held
within the framework of the Chess International Festival ended on July
30 in Germany. Levon Aronian (Armenia) was defeated in the final, with
05 – 3.5 points to Hikaru Nakamura (U.S.) and took the second place.
Sergey Movsisian (Slovakia) and Victor Bologan (Moldova)
correspondingly took the third and fourth places.
