OSCE Secretary General Marc Brishambaut hopes that the Moscow meeting
between Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Serzh
Sargsyan will mark a progress.

"There is progress in talks between Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents
each time they meet. We will probably witness development in talks
this time, too," Brishambaut told reporters in Baku.

He said OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs do their utmost to achieve progress
in the conflict resolution.

"All three mediating co-chairs of the Minsk Group make great efforts
in this respect. We are hopeful that progress will be reached,"
the OSCE secretary general said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
