MORE THAN 4000 PEOPLE TRAINED AT ‘BEELINE-UNIVERSITY’ OVER A YEAR

CJSC "ArmenTel" (trade mark Beeline) has finalized the first year
of the Beeline University of Armenia, a local branch of the unified
educational center for the staff of VimpelCom companies.
Over 4000 people have been trained over the past year at the
university. 19 coaches work at the university, most of them have
international certificates, foreign experts are also involved, press
office of the company reports.
‘The task of the our corporative University is to open potential of
employees, to carry forward dingle corporative culture and values,
to give an opportunity of training and developing which is necessary
for reaching results in business. This is a new phenomena for the
Armenian business and we are glad that such structure was opened just
in our company’, – the leader of the ‘Beeline-University’ in Armenia
Nana Hovanesyan said.
In the near future the Beeline University of Armenia intends to
undertook several projects for pupils and students. In particular, open
lessons for high school students will be held in which they will be
taught principles of business, functions of various companies. "We hope
this project will help students in choosing a profession," director of
organizational development and work with staff Liana Khachatryan said.
CJSC ‘ArmenTel’ is a subsidiary of the Russian ‘Vympelcom’ – one of
the biggest mobile operators of Russia and the CIS. The training-centre
of ArmenTel got the status of ‘Beeline-University’ in July 2008.
