ArmInfo. Today Mayor of Yerevan Gagik Beglaryan held an extraordinary
meeting of the newly elected Council of Elders of Yerevan.
The press service of the Municipality of Yerevan reports that
the Council discussed the budget 2009, approved the staff of the
Municipality and 12 regional administrations and appointed the vice
mayors of Yerevan. The ex prefect of Avan community Taron Margaryan
has been appointed as First Vice Mayor, Kamo Areyan and Vano Vardanyan
as vice mayors. The commissions and groups of elders will be appointed
in Sept 2009.
