GAGIK JANGIRYAN, EX- RA DEPUTY PROSECUTOR GENERAL IS ALREADY LIBERATED

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Today around 1 p.m., the amnestied ex- RA Deputy
Prosecutor General Gagik Jangiryan was liberated from RA National
Security Service’s detachment center. Jangiryan’s friends and teammates
set free even yesterday welcomed him back at detachment center doors.

On March 23, 2009, in Kentron and Nork Marash regular court, Gagik
Jangiryan was found guilty in accordance with part 1 article 316 of
RA Crime Code (use of non-health threatening violence on authority
representative) and sentenced to 3 years in prison.
