ARMENIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS IS GOING TO DISPUTE RESULTS OF ELECTIONS INTO COUNCIL OF ELDERS OF YEREVAN AT COURT

ArmInfo. We are going to dispute results of elections into Council
of Elders of Yerevan at court, the representative of the Central
Office of the Armenian National Congress Avetis Avagyan said during
a press-conference today.
"We must use all legal means to show our people what kind of system
we have. The Central Electoral Commission has ignored our appeal
against the results of the elections," Avagyan said.
To remind, Chairman of the CEC Garegin Azaryan said that the ANC’s
appeal was formulated improperly. "I think that the CEC should care
for the content more than for the form," Avagyan said.
"We are not going to relinquish our mandates till the end of the
electoral process. For us the election will not be over for as long
as the trial goes on."
