ArmInfo. ‘Armenia has not hardened its position regarding the
negotiating process with Azerbaijan’, – Armenian President Serzh
Sargsyan said at the joint press-conference with President of Croatia
Stepan Mesic being with an official visit in Yerevan.

He also added the problem of Nagornyy Karabakh status is the main
problem in the process of Karabakh conflict settlement. ‘If in the
process of the talks Armenia puts these questions more specifically
waiting for their replies, this does not at all mean that we have
hardened our positions’, -President Sargsyan emphasized. He also
said Armenia is ready to continue the negotiating process with
Azerbaijan. ‘In all probability, meeting with Ilham Aliyev will take
place in St.Petersburg at the beginning of June’, – the president said
and expressed hope that after the meeting Azerbaijani mass media will
not again try to misrepresent the content of the meeting.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
