NKR ex-Defense Minister Samvel Babayan told a news conference

According to him, concessions in NKR conflict settlement should be
made within reasonable limits. "Armenia has already made numerous
concessions, signing number of agreements in war years," he noted.

"NKR was a serious factor in the region when it participated in
negotiation process," Samvel Babayan said.
