ARMENIAN PM UNDERSCORED CONDUCTION OF RECENT SERIOUS CULTURAL EVENTS

YEREVAN, MAY 7, ARMENPRESS: During the recent period the music-addict
public had an opportunity to participate in a number of serious
cultural events.
Today at the session of the Armenian government Prime Minister Tigran
Sargsyan congratulated particularly Culture Minister Hasmik Poghosyan
on the occasion of "important cultural events which enriched the
cultural life of the country".
Tigran Sargsyan described the "Spartacus" ballet staged by Yuri
Grigorevich and the performance of one of the best symphonic orchestras
of the world headed by him as an exclusive gift to the music-addict
people. "Finally the Armenian audience had an opportunity to watch
the ballet. I congratulate all us with that serious cultural events,"
Tigran Sargsyan.
He also added that on May 22 rock music-addict public will have an
opportunity to be present at the concert of "Jethro Tull" rock band.
