The names of judges to conduct the trials of the seven oppositionists
charged with last year’s unrest in Yerevan City are already known.

Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan will continue to conduct the trial of
Armenia’s ex Foreign Minister Alexander Arzumanyan and Suren Sirunyan.

The Spokeswoman for the Court of Cassation, Alina Engoyan says the
lawsuit of Armenian MP Hakob Hakobyan has been forwarded to Judge
Gagik Avetisyan and that of Abovyan’s ex Mayor Grigor Voskerchyan –
to Judge Gagik Poghosyan. MP Miasnik Malkhasyan’s case was expedited
to Armen Khachatryan.

The three judges represent the Court of General Instance of Kenton
and Nork-Marash districts.

The case of MP Sasun Mikayelyan has been sent up to Hrayr Sargsyan,
judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk Marz. It is
still unknown who will judge Shant Harutyunyan.

Note that the court hearing on the case of Alexander Arzumanyan and
Suren Sirunyan is presently underway at the Court of General Instance
of Kenton and Nork-Marash districts.
