SOUTH CAUCASUS RAILROAD ANNOUNCES APRIL 4TH DAY OF SANITARY MEASURES, IMPROVEMENT AND GARDENING

YEREVAN, April 2. /ARKA/. The South Caucasus Railroad announced April
the 4th a day of sanitary measures, improvement and gardening, the
company’s press services reported today.

The objective of the measures is to ensure safety of suburban
operations, to enhance environmental indicators of the railroad,
to provide assistance in resuming operations from the Students’
platform of Yerevan to the town of Hrazdan (to Shorja in summer)
that is planned to start in May this year, says the press release.

According to the report, the management of the South Caucasus railroad
cjsc is to participate in the measures on April 4.

South Caucasus Railroad fully owned by the Russian Railways is the
operator of the Armenian Railways under a 30-year concession agreement
signed on February 13 2008.
