GEORGIAN MEMBERSHIP TO CIS TO BE SUSPENDED AUGUST 18, 2009

MINSK, MARCH 17, ARMENPRESS: Georgian membership to CIS will be
suspended August 18, 2009, press service of CIS executive committee
reported. The corresponding decision has been made during the session
of the expert group which discusses Georgian participation in CIS
international agreements and decisions of the CIS bodies. The session
took place in Minsk.

Experts from Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine as well as experts
of CIS Executive committee took part in the session.
