"CLOSING "BJNI" HUNDREDS REMAINED JOBLESS"

Advocate Tigran Ter-Yesayan says he is informed about the recent
developments round "Bjni" Mineral Water Company and thinks that "there
is some hidden text with closing it". According to him the law is
violated when the company is put up to the auction because there are
several claims in the courts. "If there are 7-8 claims in the courts,
why have they organized the auction?" said Tigran Ter-Yesayan in a
press conference today.
According to the advocate even if the company had bills unpaid,
the state should not close it leaving hundreds of employees jobless.
