Turkey-Israel interparliamentary friendship group does not exist
anymore. The Turkish MPs took the decision in protest of Israel
offensive in Gaza that killed more than 1300 Palestinians with a
quarter of children and wounded 5300 in 22 days of bombardments, the
World Bulletin reports.
Condemning the Cast Lead operation Israel launched in Gaza, Turkish PM
Recep Tayyip Erdogan called to ban Israel from the UN.
Visits of Israeli officials to Turkey were cancelled.
