On January 17 President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan
signed decrees relieving the Head of the State Committee of Real
Estate and Cadastre under the NKR Government Valeri Alexanyan of
his duties according to own application and appointing to this post
Andranik Khachatryan with a five year term in office.
