ArmInfo. Northern Civil Court of Armenia withholds rendering a decision
on Ani Print LLC, one of the creditors of the closedown CJSC Bjni
Plant of Mineral Waters.

The statement disseminated by Ani Print LLC says the Northern Civil
Court has not rendered any decision yet despite the fact that the Court
is to initiate proceedings on an application made in compliance with
the Law ‘On Bankruptcy’ or return it the same day. ‘As a creditor
we should protect our interests in compliance with the effective
legislation. This means that all the creditors must be in equal
conditions and have no advantages to each other. For this reason,
we urge the Court to be above political pressure and render us a
decision’, the state says.

Bjni Plant of Mineral Waters is part of "Sil-Concern" belonging to
the Sukiasyans family of businessmen. Observers in Armenia connect
the fact of the unprecedented pressure on the Concern’s structures
with the political activity of the Armenian parliamentarian Khachatur
Sukiasyan, who openly supported the first president at the previous
presidential election. Sukiasyan has been deprived of his mandate
and is currently wanted.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
