L. ZURABYAN: MADRID PRINCIPLES NOT PUBLISHED

The representatives of Armenian National Congress met with the OSCE
Minsk Group co-chairman Mattew Bryza and were informed of some details
of the negotiations’ process, said ANC member Levon Zurabyan in a
press conference and added that he can not publish any details.
To the question whether they have felt concerned with those details,
Zurabyan said that if some of them are not solved in the future it
will be unacceptable for them. "For instance, if Lachin is not under
control of Armenian forces, it will be an unacceptable solution for
us," he said.
Regarding Madrid principles, Zurabyan said that those principles are
not published anywhere, though the President announced that they are
available in internet.
