ACTUAL COLLECTION BY ARMENIA’S LAW-ENFORCEMENT SERVICE TOTAL 5BLN 980MLN DRAMS IN JAN-OCT

YEREVAN, November 13. /ARKA/. Actual collection by Armenia’s
Law-Enforcement Service totaled 5bln 980mln Drams in January-October
this year.

The Press Secretary of the Service Ruben Grdzelyan reported that
law-enforcement proceedings for a total of 17bln Drams were authorized
in the period. Recovery in favor of legal entities constitutes the
largest part – 3bln 284mln Drams. The state budget received 1bln 190mln
Drams and 1.5bln Drams was paid in favor of individuals, he said.

Grdzelyan also reported that a total of 72,838 law-enforcement
cases for a total of 41bln 793mln Drams were started or carried over
from the previous years in the Service in the first ten months of
2008. The number of remaining cases reduced by 4,600 by November
1 as compared with January 1 with recovery amount reduced by 5bln
Drams. ($1=305.23Drams).
