Minister Nalbandian Leaving For Monaco

The Foreign Minister of Armenia, Mr. Edward Nalbandian, is leaving
for Quebec today to participate in the ministerial meeting of the
International Organization of the Francophonie October 15-16.

October 17-19 the Foreign Minister will participate in the summit of
Heads of State and Government of the International Organization of
the Francophonie.

The issue of granting the status of an associate member of the
International Organization of the Francophonie to Armenia will be

Minister Nalbandian will deliver speeches at the ministerial meeting
and the summit.

In Quebec Edward Nalbandian is expected to meet with the Foreign
Minister of Monaco. The Foreign Ministers of the two countries will
sign a protocol on establishment of diplomatic relations between the
Republic of Armenia and the Principality of Monaco.
