Head of International Relations Department of the Azerbaijani
President’s staff Novruz Mammeddov said that it is not anticipated a
meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers in Bishkek in
the framework of the Council of Foreign Ministers of CIS countries.

The Council of Foreign Ministers of CIS countries is to be held in
the capital of Kyrgyzstan on October 9.

"At present the official Baku analyzes the results of New York
negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh issue. Therefore, there is no
necessity to hold the next meeting of foreign ministers so soon",
underlined Mammedov.

At the same time, he didn’t exclude the possibility of short exchange
of views between the foreign ministers, "Armenpress" reported.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
