The Supreme Patriarch of All Armenians Garegin II, President Serzh
Sargsyan, NA Chairman Hovik Abrahamyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan
and other high ranking officials were present at the 100 anniversary
jubilee ceremony devoted to Vazgen I Patriarch.
"The time was decisive when the notion of apostolic church was
changed during Soviet Era. Due to his consistency St. Etchmiatsin
has been reconstructed. His speech was inspiring for our nation. He
has sanctified the Independence of Armenia and Artsakh liberty,"
said Garegin II.
