SERZH SARKISIAN: "THE WAR IN NAGORNO KARABAKH HAS NOT COME TO AN END"

Yerevan – APA. Armenia’s President Serzh Sarkisian said Nagorno
Karabakh conflict had not ended yet. APA reports that Sarkisian based
it on armament of the conflicting parties.
"The war in Karabakh has not ended, because the competition in armament
continues and no agreement has been signed on peaceful settlement of
the conflict," he said.
He advised the journalists to put the similar question to the Armenians
living in the villages and cities.
"They will also give you the same answer that the war in Nagorno
Karabakh has not come to an end," he said.
