/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is awaiting
structural changes, RA FM Edward Nalbandian told a news conference
today.

"The Ministry’s activity should be changed proceeding from present
and future demands. We are planning formation of a new division for
contacts with the media and public. The division to be charged with
the task to provide comments on current foreign policy issues will
open in October or November 2008," the Minister said.

He also informed that annual meeting of Armenia’s Ambassadors
accredited to foreign states will take place September 1-2. "The
Ambassadors are expected to give lectures on the topic "Armenia and
World" in the republic’s institutes," Minister Nalbandian said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
