"ArmenTel" Company Opens Beeline Corporate University In Armenia

"ArmenTel" Company (Beeline brand) announced today the opening of
a Corporate University of Beeline in Armenia for its employees,
Mediamax reports.

Speaking at the presentation of Corporate Beeline-University in Yerevan
today, Head of the Personnel Management and Organizational Development
Service of "VimpelCom" OJSC Galina Voronetskaya stated that the opening
of the University will allow elaborating a single corporate standard
and a single management corporate culture in "ArmenTel" Company.

According to her, "VimpelCom" sets an ambitions task in all the
countries of its presence to become the "employer number one" and the
decision to open the Corporate University is one of the steps along
that path.

"Today, there is a struggle in the market for customers and for
professional personnel, and in this context, Beeline-University,
where professional staff and Managers of the company will be trained,
gains strategic importance", Galina Voronetskaya stated.

General Director of "ArmenTel" Neicho Velichkov stated that in counties
like Armenia customers are very exacting, and this gives the company
the chance of speedy development.

Head of Beeline-University Natalya Juravlyova stated that the
advantage of the University is that it gives opportunity to support
t he development strategy of the company, gain knowledge and exchange

Natalya Juravlyova stated that the distinguishing characteristic of
the University is the teaching staff, which is formed exclusively
from certified trainers of the company, who have teaching skills in
all the countries of "VimpelCom" Company’s presence.
