U.S. HOUSE STATE-FOREIGN OPERATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE REJECTS PROPOSAL OF PRO-ARMENIAN CONGRESSMAN

Washington -APA. U.S. House State-Foreign Operations Subcommittee
rejected a proposal of Pro-Armenian Congressman Joe Knollenberg on
cutting military aid to Azerbaijan, APA reports quoting Panarmenian
The proposal has not been adopted with a shortage of one vote. Amount
of military aid to Azerbaijan and Armenia has remained equally. Aram
Hamparian, Executive Director of the ANCA stated that they were
saddened and disappointed by the opposition of Chairwoman Lowey and
other Congressmen.
