Armenian MFA surprised at Azerbaijan’s diplomatic tactlessness

Asked to comment on the latest statements of the Spokesman for the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Khazar Ibrahim, Head of Media
Relations Division of RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tigran Balayan
said: `This diplomatic tactlessness causes surprise. However, it’s not
very surprising that, since this is not a novelty. It’s not the first
time he shows his diplomatic ignorance of international law and the
essence of the negotiation process.

With all this the spokesman dares to comment not only on the statements
of foreign ministers, but also those of the heads of state.
