‘We have gained such facts about the chairman of Helsinki Association,
Mikayel Danielyan that their appearance makes these facts convey
to the National Security state cervice’,- said Tigran Ulikhanyan,
the chairman of Armenian Progressive party , in press conference today.

In 21 May, a red-tape happened between Mikayel Danielyan and Tigran
Urikhanyan when the latter make a shot from a gas pistol and slightly
injured the activist of human rights.

Turning to the incident he said that it wasn`t he who encroached upon
MIkayel Danielyan, but Danielyan himself, who with his friends being
drunk "did obscenity, offended women, then followed ones who rebuked
him, attacked, scolded and beat".

Urikhanyan notified that after the incident a dozen of people came to
the party, others rang, sent e-mails, visited to the office and tell
in what situations they had seen Mikayel Danielyan and gave information
‘about his behavior’.

So from the name of the party Tigran Urikhanyan demanded to drop a
case against Danielyan and then read a range of charge of crime.

According to him American civil servant`s interference of the
prosecution of an action of 21 May gives cause for doubt, as ‘Secretary
assistant of the USA, David Kramer, as if defended Danielyan from me
without getting acquainted with the case.

‘The case that USA Secretary assistant interference to defend
Danielyan, informs that Danielyan may be a valuable agent’- most of
his accusations tries to prove Urikhanyan.

The chairman of the party notified that they were waiting for the
interference of G. W. Bush. Despite this expectation, Urikhanyan
tried to inform Bush that he had changed his mobile’s number.
