Minister Nalbandian Met With The President Of The Belgian Senate

On June 18 RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the President
of the Belgian Senate Arman de Decker.

Underlining the close cooperation established between the Armenian
and Belgian Parliaments, Edward Nalbandian attached importance to the
parliamentary diplomacy in the development of relations between states.

For his part, the Belgian Senate President noted that Heads of both
Houses of the Belgian Parliament of previous convocation visited
Armenia and said he also intends to hold the interparliamentary ties
on a high level.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to the domestic political
situations in Armenia and Belgium.

Reference was made to the process of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh
issue and the perspectives of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish
