Vice Minister of Justice Gevorg Kostanyan gave really interesting
information yesterday. It turned out that KHRP that represents the
interests of "Meltex" LTD in the European Court is a famous London
Lawyers’ Organization that has filed a case against Armenia on behalf
of Azerbaijani citizens. Today during the case "Chiragov and others
against Armenia" the before mentioned organization is defending the
rights of the ex-inhabitants of Kashatagh (Lachin).

But why "A1+" appealed to this organization?
