Gazakh. Aykhan Huseynov-APA. Azerbaijani soldier Yagub Allahverdi
oglu Mukhtarov captured by the Armenian armed forces was handed over
to Azerbaijan on Wednesday.
APA regional bureau reports the handover has been carried out in
the Balajafarli village of Gazakh Region, Azerbaijan through the
intermediary of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Yagub
Mukhtarov was captured on March 9, 2008 in the direction of Tovuz
Region, Azerbaijan.
