YURA HAYRAPETIAN IS THE FIRST PROTECTOR OF HUMAN RIGHTS

In the session of NA sixth session of NKR fourth covening, according
to the Constitution’s claims, on April 16th the elections of the
protector of human rights were carried out. As a candidate of this
post, by nine deputies of NA, the chairman of permenant commission of
NA statelegal questions Y.Hayrapetian was proposed. Then a close vote
was carried out by participation of the deputies. According to the
election’s results, all 29 deputies voted for the unique candidate.
Yura Hayrapetian was appointed in the post of protector of NKR
human rights.
