The President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula
da Silva congratulated RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan on his victory
in the presidential elections. The message says, in part:
"Accept my best wishes for the success of your activity in your
important position.
I’m hopeful to continue cooperating with Your Excellency to further
develop and deepen the friendly relations between our two countries
and peoples."
