COMPETITION FOR BEST DRAFT OF MEMORIAL TO HOME GUARDSMEN KILLED IN ARTSAKH WAR ANNOUNCED IN STEPANAKERT

YEREVAN, 11.03.08. DE FACTO. The construction of the Memorial
immortalizing the memory of the home guardsmen killed in Artsakh war
is planned in Stepanakert.
In this connection the Stepanakert City hall announces competition
for the draft, KarabakhOpen reports. Those who wish to participate in
the competition may present their drafts until June 1, 2008, to the
Stepanakert City Hall, the Department of Culture, Youth and Tourism.
Those who wish to participate in the competition for improvement of
the complex "We and Our Mountains" ("Grandfather and Grandmother")
announced by the City hall may also present their drafts.
To note, the place for setting up the monument was selected 10 years
ago near the Central hospital in Stepanakert.
