The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization
(CSTO) Nikolay Bordyuzha congratulated Serge Sargsyan on his victory
in the presidential elections.

post of the President of the Republic of Armenia. I’m deeply assured
that with your active and effective activity as the Head of State
you will ensure the dynamic development and prosperity of Armenia,
deriving from national security interests of Armenia and based on
