AZERBAIJAN EXPECTS NEW ARMENIAN LEADERSHIP "TO REALIZE" BENEFITS OF RESOLVED CONFLICT

BAKU, FEBRUARY 14, ARMENPRESS: Novruz Mamedov, chief of foreign
relations directorate at Azerbaijani presidential administration,
said in an interview with ATV that ‘Baku expects the new leadership
of Armenia to realize that the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict will benefit Armenia in the first place."
"We hope that regardless of who is elected Armenia’s next president
its leadership will realize that a just settlement of the conflict
will benefit Armenia," he said.
He also said the only just solution lies through restoration of
Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.
