Azerbaijani side will hand over soldier of Armenian Army Asaturyan
Ambarsum Mnakovich to Armenia on January 25, APA reports quoting
"Novosti Armenia".
Armenian Defense Ministry said that the captive will be handed over
to Armenia in the contact frontline of troops, Gazakh-Ijevan region,
Azerbaijan-Armenia border at 13.00 tomorrow.
23-year old Armavik resident of Armenia, soldier of Armenian Armed
Forces Asaturyan Ambarsum Mnakovich who was drafted on May 17, 2007 was
captured on August 4, 2007. Asaturyan linked it with arbitrariness in
Armenian Army. Captive appealed to his mother who lives in Russia not
long ago and asked to help him for visiting his mother. Ashaturyan
wrote in his letter that officers hurt soldiers in Armenian Army,
they beat and torture them.
