YEREVAN, JANUARY 17, NOYAN TAPAN. The father of Aram Haroutiunian,
the leader of the National Consent party, a candidate for presidency,
Sergei Haroutiunian, died in the morning of January 17, at the age
of 88. He suffered from cancer.
