"I do not think the system of public administration is exaggerated. In
accordance with the Constitution and structural changes, new agencies
and departments need to be established, which determined increase of
staffs," said Prime Minister Ara Harutiunyan.

Answering the question of Member of Parliament on exaggeration of the
system of public administration, the prime minister said he disagrees
that it needs to be optimized but he thinks that there is a lack
of specialists in all the spheres. "We need to hire more people,
especially specialists whom we have to invite," the prime minister
said. The prime minister silenced the people who are occupying the
positions of those specialists, who are not specialists but who get
a salary.

He proposed that the member of parliament present a list of positions
which he thinks are unnecessary.
