"If Azerbaijan continues increasing the number of armaments, which
counters the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE)
and exceeds the quota, Armenia may take a different decision in the
future," RA Defense Minister Michael Harutyunyan said, when commenting
on the possibility of Armenia’s withdrawal from the CFE.
According to the Minister, the decision is to be taken by the
commander-in-chief of the armed forces.
