/PanARMENIAN.Net/ "The Karabakh problem doesn’t have a military
solution," Armenia’s Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan said when
commenting on reports that Armenia will be labeled as enemy in the
Azerbaijani military doctrine.

"Our military doctrine doesn’t include a provision calling someone
an enemy. Our controversy with Azerbaijan should be resolved via
talks. War will not settle the problem. Sides should hold talks
despite the statements the Azeri Defense Minister makes," Mikael
Harutyunyan said.

Resolving the problem via talks, Armenia expects the people of Nagorno
Karabakh to receive what they want but not what the people of other
states want," he noted, Novosti Armenia reports.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
