MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS LIKELY TO VISIT THE REGION IN JANUARY

According to a preliminary agreement, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs
will visit the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone in January.
Spokesman for RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Karapetyan
told Armenpress that the visit of the Co-Chairs is not expected
this month. They must visit the region to learn about the positions
of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents on the new formulations on
no-agreed issues in the documents of basic principles.
The Co-hairs presented the new formulations during the OSCE Ministerial
Council in Madrid November 28-29, on the sidelines of which a meeting
between Armenian and Azeri Foreign Ministers Vartan Oskanian and
Elmar Mammadyarov was organized.
