CONFLICTS ARE DIFFERENT IN THEIR ESSENCE
In the interview of Russian newspaper "Komersant" Armenian Foreign
Minister Vartan Oskanian announced that though the precedents have
their influence, we don’t follow the precedents in Nagorno Karabakh
issue.
According to Oskanian, each conflict is specific and each has its
peculiar form of resolution.
The Foreign Minister mentioned that negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh
issue are being conducted in the framework of self-determination right
