THE SECOND SWALLOW
Ex-President Levon Ter-Petrosyan, representative of the Armenian
pan-National Movement, yesterday submitted his self-nomination
documents to the Central Election Commission for the February 19
presidential elections.
L. Ter-Petrosyan is the second candidate to submit documents to
the Central Election Commission. Artashes Geghamyan, Head of
`National Unity’ party, submitted his application on November 28.
