L.GHOULIAN – ASSISTANT MINISTER OF SOCIAL MAINTENANCE

By the decision of the NKR Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunian, signed
on October 8th, according to her application, assistant minster of
social maintenance Emma Gabrielian was discharged from her post.

According to another decision of the Prime Minister, Lenston Ghoulian
was appointed in that post, who before that had held a post of
assistant minister of development of the NKR territorial government
and substructures. (press service of the NKR Government reported).
