Armenia stands for development of relations with NATO member states,
RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan told a press conference in Moscow.

"Being a member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO),
Armenia considers it acceptable to develop the relations with NATO," he
said. For example, I positively treat Georgia’s aspiration to develop
the relations with NATO," the Armenian Prime Minister underlined.

Turning to Armenia’s role in ensuring peace in Trancaucasia within the
CSTO framework, Mr. Sargsyan noted that Armenia actively cooperates
with member states of the Organization and is notable for its
constructive position on all issues connected with the development
of bilateral relations, ITAR-TASS reports.
