The 6-th final tour of the World Chess Championship turned out to be
very ridiculous. It was known beforehand that Levon Aronyan was to
compete with Pyotr Svidler with black chess figures. But later it was
announced that Aronyan was to compete with Kramnik with white chess
pieces. It is difficult to say due to what such changes occurred.
Aronyan-Kramnik match ended in a tie. After this match Aronyan shares
the 5-th place with Lekoy with 2.5 scores. Vishvanatan Anand and
Boris Belfand top the match list. Until this tour Anand was in the
1 place, after Belfand defeated Aronyan, he accomplished a success
in the meeting with Alexander Morozevich, thus becoming equal to the
leader. Kramnik and Grishchuk are in 3-4 places with 3.5 scored each.
Aronyan will meet Pyotr Svidler in the 7-th tour.
