FELLOWSHIP FOR YOUNG JOURNALISTS FOCUSES ON CULTURAL DIVERSITY

Young European or Middle Eastern journalists interested in studying
in Germany to further cultural diversity can enter the Boundless
Media Contest.

Deadline: September 30.

Eligibility is open to TV or multimedia journalists, ages 21 to
35, from an EU member or any of the following countries: Albania,
Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia,
Egypt, Georgia, Iceland, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia,
Mauritania, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Norway, Palestine,
Russia, San-Marino, Senegal, Serbia, Switzerland, Syria, Tunisia,
Turkey, Ukraine and the Vatican.

Entries must include TV or multimedia reports on intercultural
dialogue and diversity in the Euro-Mediterranean region. Winners
will participate in the six-week Young Euro-Mediterranean Academy for
Intercultural Journalism in Summer 2008 in Cologne, Germany. Winners
will also get traineeships at European or Mediterranean broadcasters.
